On reaching at the Munnar, check in to your hotel, unwind yourself and take it easy for rest of the day. In the evening take a dinner at hotel or nearby walking resaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.

Breakfast at the Munnar hotel and leave to Thekkady. Thekkady is located 4 km away from Kumily, a plantation town in Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. It is home to herds of elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs.Thekkady, known as Periyar. Here, you’ll sightseeing Periyar lake, Jungle safari, Periyar Tiger Reserve and Periyar lake boating. Go back to the hotel and peaceful sleep.
